How do you learn French online effectively?
With Ugym, you can learn French effectively because our teachers are able to recreate the same dynamics online as in a traditional classroom.
Learning is therefore absolutely guaranteed, as are group work, conversation and revision.
How do I choose an online French course for me?
First of all you have to take the Level Test on UGYM. Once you have obtained a score, you will be contacted by our Education Department who will compile a profile of you, taking into account your entry level and the goals you want to achieve.
One of our coaches will advise you on which lessons to follow.
Finally, you must choose your subscription:
Are you an adult and/or professional? Are you a student? Or are you a pensioner?
Depending on your category, you have your own subscription and the cost of it.
Are the online lessons recorded or are they live?
The lessons are live. The lecturer is live and you have the possibility, via the calendar, to decide which online course you would like to take. You can see both the topic of the lesson and the name of the lecturer and if you want, you can follow your favourite.
How many online courses are there per week?
Online courses are diverse. For each level there is a wide range of opportunities, such as:

· Le Français du tourisme
· La Grammaire
· La prononciation
· Le vocabulaire
· La conversation
· La littérature et l’art

How many levels are there of online French courses?
The levels are the following:
A1 elementary; A2 pre-intermediate; B1 low-intermediate; B2 high-intermediate; C1 advanced.
Can I change the course level or am I bound to the online course I have subscribed to?
Yes, you can change the level. If your initial level is too difficult or too easy after a few lessons, you can change your level and take more lessons within the number of hours allowed by your subscription.
What does my 3-month subscription to UGYM include?
If you are an adult/professional, you are entitled to 3 weekly sessions of 1 hour each.
If you are a student, you are entitled to 1 lesson per week of 2 hours to enhance your skills.
If you are a retired person, you are entitled to 2 sessions per week of 1 hour each.
What do I get at the end of the online course?
At the end of your course, you have to take a short exit test and you will receive a Certificate of Attendance with the level achieved according to the European Reference Framework.
